    Hello.
    HydroSensor model. I suspect the detergent flap isn’t operating. Is is possible to get into service mode & manually trigger flap? Also when first called to machine, the display seemed locked into a program.

    PS I’ve just got it on a 50 degree eco wash to see how it performs.

    Test program will not operate dispenser but opens nearly straight away on quick wash.They have a nasty habit of blowing the main pcb when the acuator fails. 👿

    The dispenser flap did not operate at all during 50 deg wash. Customer now tells me that the spring came out and he put it back in a while ago. I’ll have a look again later. Thanks Pinky.

    had same problem yesterday. after a while i decided to dismantle the sliding cover. then i discovered that the spring was wrong way around. put in correctly it now works o.k.

    Ordered new dispenser box – I think customer has broken original. Thanks again.
