    Have just changed drain pump which was easy following forum suggestions but the damm thing still rumbles at certain intervals in the cycle! do I now need to change the main circulation pump ? the machine is washing very well its just a little worrying the noise and vibration it produces?

    Does it do it during wash or drain? Have a look at this.

    It does it a various times but i think it is when it drains the wash cycle is very quiet?

    Listened to it more carefully it seems the washer struggles to move from one cycle to another instead of it doing it quickly it takes 10 mins it might even be bioiling the water as we are starting to get broken glasses??

    these models are reknown for wash motor problems ,
    any kind of noise during the wash and u basicly need a new wash pump.
    very rare u get drain pump problems on these unless somthing stuck in it and u get the noise on every drain

    thanks Karv very useful the basic question i think i and everyone has now is, do i replace the pump at £88 or buy a new dishwasher?

    i use to say if under few years old then yes if between 3-5 maybe  over 5  i would,t bother,
    i,ve allways like these machines, this maybe cause they fairly easy to work on, if u like the machine and able to to do your self then £88 don,t sound to bad
