    pump was faulty to start with, we replaced pump (now pumping ok )
    now she says taking too long to dry….
    any ideas

    blocked condenser?

    reset stat cut out?

    sorry should have said condensor perfectly clean, and stat/heater ok

    how long does she mean by too long and what is she drying in it ?

    sorry for late reply.

    roughly about 1 hour more than it used to. can anyone remember what the thermister looks like, the one next to the pump, should it look like a thermister thats in most w/m heaters ?
