    Hi

    Have one of these which is flashing up fault codes f8 f11 and fdl.

    Can anyone help with service information on how to get this beast open and get it into a service mode?

    Not seen on of these units before

    I would be grateful for any help

    c. Electrical module fault
    The digital display shows “F4” to “F21”. Press
    the “Pause/Cancel” button twice and select
    “Drain/Spin” if there is excessive water in the
    appliance. Press the desired programme and
    press the “Start” button.
    If the fault re-occurs, contact After Sales
    Service (See “After Sales Service”).

    Sorry Helo you have lost me a bit there.

    Are you saying that the machine has a module fault?

    No to excessive amount of water in unit

    Contact after sales service? Customer has contacted myself as Whirlpool do not have servicing arrangements for this area.

    Does anyone have any form of service information of this appliance

    F08 – Heater circuit O/C
    F11 – Comms error – contol board to main control unit
    Fdl – Door lock error
