    Hi can anyone help with this problem, my dryer is not heating, tested thermostat and element and these are ok, the water is not collecting in the water tray as is normal with a condenser dryer. Please help 😕

    is the empty water light on ? or clean filter light ?

    usually a heater problem with these machines
