Model CL427 WV, won’t start.
Poke my driver into the the hole for the door striker and it works. The door striker is intact but even if I press the door hard up against the cabinet it will not trip the door switch.
Is there a mod or a longer striker similar to the Hotpoint one or does it need a new switch or door?

Exactly right there is a mod. longer door striker, dont know the part no for the long one Im affraid but was given a bag of them.
50273903000 or 421307753432 is the original door striker dont get this, its the short one.
this is a picture of the long one that you need, cant find part no.

Thats a start, the switch inside looks perfect, hopefully someone will know the correct number, I have wedged it for now.
