    GDA dishwasher type 12045, mod no BF72 fills with small amount of water then beeps and flashes fault code E8 don’t seem to be able to find this fault code anywhere does anyone have any idea what it may be, have removed the inlet flow sensor and checked it, it works ok.

    No signal from diverter valve/faulty diverter valve.

    Not actually seen one of those before, looks a bit Smeggy from the diagram. ❓ ❓

    yep its a smeg and it will definatly be the diverter valve, part number (from Smeg) 819130468 or (Indesit)C00119924

    Faulty microswitch on diverter have replaced microswitch only works fine

    give it 2 days before recall then.
