been to the above model ck446 where the bottom element in the floor has gone but for the life of me can see how it comes out normally most of the floors come out no probs but this one seems to be all moulded in have orderd new element for it but would like to know how it comes out before return trip dosent come out of back or side that i can see any help welcome
