When I switch on the machine and set to dry clothes, two buttons are li: Start/Pause and Clean Filters. The filters and condensor are all clean and the water container empty. When I press start the machine makes a low buzzing noise, but does not turn. I have tried pressing the reset button at the back of the machine but this did not work. Help! 🙁

Buzzing noise is presumably power going to the motor, but it not starting. It’s a capacitor start/run motor, so you’ll need one of THESE.
Power off first.
