Had our new ISE 10 a couple of weeks now.Simple to use but SWMBO having difficulty at the moment closing the drum door. Practice I say!!
However one concern at the moment is that the fabric conditioner is being fed into the machine much to early and not at the final rinse. This happened again today on the coloured cottons cycle. I have also checked that the conditioner section of the draw is not being overfilled. Has anyone else experienced this with their ISE 10 ? or are we doing something wrong.
I have had a play with my ISE 10 and there is no maximum level mark in the conditioner dispenser compartment but if you fill it level with the two ridges this is too full and can syphon off the contents when you close the drawer
As for closing the door I go for the firm push but my wife does the gentle slam.
As the door is attatched to the drum itself, it will move backwards and hit the back panel and clunk, it is normal but takes some getting used too. I suggest a firm and continued push.
As for the conditioner, not heard of any problems but try putting a little less in, as EFS said, the top of the 2 ridges is the absolute max.
I think the question was more or less answered in both posts above.
By far the most common cause of fabric conditioner going in at the beginning is due to overfilling the compartment and then slamming the drawer shut. Fill it half way, close the drawer gently, problem solved. 8)
