WMA34 Last Error Codes

I changed the bearings on this machine and now I come to leak test it there’s a problem. I’ve tried it on a wool wash, a rinse and a 40 degree mini load and the same thing happens each time. It fills up to about 2 inches up the door glass then stops with the prewash light (2nd in the row) flashing.
I tried the Last Error Detected test, as described in the error codes thread. This comes up as “Failure to fill in allotted time” I tried blowing down the pressure switch hose and you can hear bubbles. I tried blowing in the pressure switch and there were no clicks. The pressure switches on these WMA machines look a bit unusual, do they normally click?
