Which Condenser Dryer?

    In the past I would have recommended Bosch however since learning they no longer have a reverse action I am loathed to go down that route having had a couple of customers complain large items ball up.

    This now gives me a problem with which machine to recommend.

    For obvious reasons Merloni machines are out of the equation.

    What would you recommend if you were buying?

    Always found Zanussi Cond dryers OK Whirlpool not bad but a bit noisier.

    I was considering the Whirlpool but I agree about them being noisy. I like the way they come apart to repair, a bit more thought has gone into the design than some.

    Do the new Whirlpool dryers still suffer from the stats burning out?

    Have only found burnt out stats on 4-5 year old machines Nice little job, Also belt changes are not a bad job on either of the machines.
