Hey guys we were thinking about getting the AEG 64840 but i like to check out the instruction manual before i get things, however i cant get it from the serviceforce website, i was wondering if anyone had a copy they could send me? Also whats the general opinion on this machine, will i get any better value for my money, is there any better machines out there at around the same price range of £400-£450?

    Cheers

The ISE5 is a very valid alternative. Good spec, excellent warranty and almost silent running. Check for a local agent through http://www.iseappliances.co.uk and you may save a few bob on the delivery and installation side. Five years with nothing to worry about……

The AEG is not a bad machine. However, start from the viewpoint that AEG doesn’t exist anymore, the machine is a souped-up Zanussi and is probably made in Poland. With a welded shut tub…… Info on that HERE. Quite unpleasnt implications should you need service in the guarantee period or after.
