I have a call to do on an ISE 10, complaint of leak from bottom of door during rinse.

Any pointers from the Asko experts as to possible cause?

    Jim.

    Hi Jim

Check the thick black rubber seal on the inside of the door around the door glass to see if there is a build up of crud or lint on it.

    never happens mate!
Only reason could be a damaged door seal by clamping the door shut on some washing and ripping a chunk out of it. Surely too new to have a crud build up.

I have since spoken to the customer and it appears she may have given ISE HQ some duff info.

She thinks it is leaking from underneath but also mentions removing the filter for the first time and finding some plastic ‘things’
Will suck it and see tomorrow. 🙂

It was me she spoke to Jim and never mentioned she had a go at the filter. :rolls:

When i asked her if she could tell where it was leaking from she thought it was the bottom of the door, so she obviously isn’t sure. 😕

    Good luck. 🙂

    There you go

You’ll probably find its a loose fitted pump filter plug.

    Cheers
