fridge is fine but temp is fluctuating in freezer. its not blocked with ice. pcbs visually are ok and fan, element and fuse in freezer all test ok. ive heard the diverter valve activate
any ideas?
theres also a sensor that sits in the evaporator. the wires go into the roof of the freezer any ideas where its plugged in?

Can anyone direct me to the fault finding procedure for this Siemens model. Its FD is 8310. I believe it will be the same as the Bosch KGU 32123 GB 01.
Appliance Care won’t give me the info as I am not an approved engineer even though I did their guarantee work for 20 years until 3 years ago.
