    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone has had any work from this company before. They’ve asked me to do some work for them locally. I’ve provisionally agreed but was just wondering if I’m opening my self up for can of worms or are they ok to work for ??

    EDC Direct – Kent based company. Job is fitting a replacement integrated fridge on behalf of Barclays Home Insurance.

    …just checked the model number on the job sheet and it’s an intergrated fridge freezer not fridge (HM315NI) – job sheet says fridge…not a good start…

    We have done a handful of jobs for them, albeit a few years ago now. They were a decent company to deal with then, but can’t comment on what they are like now.

    Thanks for that guys. Makes me feel a lot better. I’m always a bit weary about jobs like this out of the blue.

    Spoke to customer tonight, new fridge/freezer required as she tried to defrost it “the quick way” (her words) with a knife on Christmas eve….pssssssssssss.
