My Husky Wine refrigerator is soooo noisy is this normal

We purchased a chiller for home for xmas but now I hear from in my bedroom upstairs what sounds like i large crack sound coming fromt he direction of the chiller. I thought bottle had burst – thats what is sounds like – only a month old was thinking of taking back – but that is hassel – does anyone have a simple remedy for me….other wise I will need to cart back to whenst it came
