See connect are pushing the Hardware key in this months “update” (still posted out despite the decision to save paper by not sending a statement out!). Trust they will also be sending us a list of official error codes in order that if anyone purcheses this item they will know what the results actually mean.

I’m still trolling the various threads on the subject for some definitive answer to the worth of this gadget. 🙁
