    hi all

    this is my first post, ive looked around the site and it seems really helpful. i am hoping someone could give me some advice.

    I notices tonight that the light on my fridge was not working, on further inspection the whole unit is not working at all. ive changed a fuse and looked at the back of it scratching my head and come to the conclusion that i know diddly sqat about fridge freezers and need some better advice.

    it is a daewoo erf335m..lc and ive had it for approx 4 years with no problems other than flimsy shelves/drawer covers.

    Is it worth seeking repair or should i just go buy a new fridge freezer tomorrow?

    If its the latter, anyone know of any good deals?

    unusual nothing works at all
    have you tested the socket, with something you know works?

    hiya mate

    yeah, changed fuse twice to be certain and boiled kettle on that socket. Got it unplugged at the moment case its overheated (not even sure that a possibility but trying anything), will plug it back in shortly.

    Its not been moved or bumped or anything (prob not moved at all since it was installed other than to clean behind – and thats not been done for while which i noticed tonight ha ha)

    I say nothings working, the fridge and freezer are not cooling and there is no noise or lights.
