    I have a AEG Competence D81005W that randomly turns off in either oven. I had originally thought it might be the Thermostat control as mentioned in other threads but it happens on both ovens (top and bottom) working in either grill or oven modes and the fault doesn’t seem to be related to temperature. Often the oven will turn off with seconds of being turned on.

    I have looked at the circuit boards in the top and can see no evidence of burning of obvious dry-joints/hot spots.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    I’d suspect some sort of wiring issue, especially if both are going off together.

    Stay safe, power off when working on the machine.
