    i just ordered a ise 10, 1st one, i believe i can register it on uk wgoods
    plus how does the warranty system work nowadays

    Moved your post to the ISE Trade Support forum, lets keep it to ourselves eh. 😉

    Registration is done via e-mail attachment to ISE HQ using a warranty card template supplied in either Excel or Adobe Acrobat form. Once received and verified the customer is then sent a copy of their warranty details.

    I use the Excel template.

    If you want me to send you a copy then let me know if Ken or someone else doesn’t pick up on this.

    EDIT. Sent you a copy of the Excel file, easy to use, any problems just ask.

    I sold my first pair of ISE 10’s in December. When I phoned to register the customer, the lady at ISE just said to fill in the purple guarantee card.

    Is this email attatchment way, now the correct way to do it?

    I’ll stick the files up for download in the morning when I’m back in, I was out this evening installing another ISE10. 😉

    Another satisfied customer. 😀

    You may have noticed I’ve started to put all the technical info up so it can be easily downloaded and you always know where it is for each product group in the stikies at the top of the forum, I’ll do the same for the rest of the files as well over the next few days.

    Sorry, I’ve been a bit busy of late with no sign of a let up in it.

    The Excel file is better for us, it’s easier to an extent but I’m working on making it slicker still. What I really want is the ability to do it all online, but that’s taking time to get sorted.

    where are the files for downloading the ise10 registration I`ve just checked all through the download sections & carnt find em??

    I need to register 2 ise 10`s

    It’s an Excel file that can also be used with Numbers on a Mac and should be compatible with Open Office.

    If you don’t have an office package and don’t want to pay Mr Microsoft or Mr Jobs then you can get a free office package to do word processing, spreadsheets and all that malarky from the link below and, it’s pretty neat to be fair. Plus, the price is right, free!
