HP DWF33 no wash

    Looking for advice please. The above dishwasher only washs the top tray. There is no water going to the bottom spray arm at all. Wash motor and water level are ok. Any ideas?? Thank you

    Yes the water point diverter on the heater box unit has given up the ghost. New heater unit required. 😉

    Out of interest, would there be anything wrong with removing the diverter ?? When does it divert and to /from what ?

    Interesting idea to remove it and in effect that IS possible but hey, not practical. You see the diverter allows the wash water to be circulated alternately between top and bottom spray arms but NOT together. The reason being is the machine only fills with a limited amount of water and not enough for both to operate at the same time.

    Quote for fitting a new heater unit, stick it in and then dissect the old unit and you’ll see what I mean?
