    My machine was emitting a burning smell , I switched it off and open it opened it up to to find the belt had snapped, there are tiny crumbs of belt fragments on the floor of the machine . I have a replacement belt but now find the drum wont turn ( it moves an inch in either direction)in order for me too fit it . Recent posts on stuck drums point to motor issues , can this still be th case with mine ? or is it likely something else?

    just like what was posted in previous threads you really need to look inside to see if anything is obstructing it, with plug out of course
