    Hi

    Got a slight problem with a customers Zanussi ZK87/46EFS, PNC no. 928405901 in as much as that the appliance is down to safe freezing temps in fridge and freezer compartments.

    Problem is the alarm will intemittently go off, the appliance is still down to temperature and food has not defrosted in any way. The customer then turns the control up slightly to stop the alarm sounding. Then all is well for while.

    Any ideas ?
