    Hi
    my machine does not go past the wash cycle. I have to manually drain water and then manually put it on to rinse cycle. Some times it tries to spin when it is full of water. I have changed the programme module and this has made no difference at all
    Please could you suggest what repairs should be done 😕

    have you even checked the pump (i.e not the one at the front – the other one)?

    thanks for the reply, the pump works when I choose the drain function on the dial.

    the machine emptys and then I can turn the dial to rinse and it works though the rinse program to the end unaided no problem

    looks like youve got afaulty heater to be honest

    simple check with a multimeter, and/or check the heater connections

    Hi just chechked the heating element with my multi meter and it is ok!

    interesting..

    it does appear to not be heating

    is the water warm when it stops?

    I am not sure. I have been useing the lowest temp. The machine stops at the end of the wash cycle where it is supposed to drain and then spin befor the rinse, so I think the heater is working for it to get this far.
