    Hi All

    Yes I have been kept inside a customers house a couple of times,The last one cost the bloke a criminal charge and a few days in court and a heafty £300 fine and suspended sentence for 2yrsAnd a £150 compensation payment.And a bill of £350 which he ended up having to pay also.He also lost the warranty on all of his brand new kitchen appliances.

    I have No qualmes in taking civil action against a customer who tries this on.

    I’m pretty certain the original article said it was a Hoover machine, it was swapped out for a Bosch I think.
