    Hotpoint ff200e frost free fridge freezer.
    Ice on freezer floor and from the bottom of the evaporator to the gutter ,.
    Is there a gutter heater on this model .
    It looks like water has not drained away and built up as far as the evaporator.

    Thanks,the evaporator is clear though.Dont have partfinder so cant read info
    Cant see how this model keeps the drain tray clear,there is no visible tray heater

    I put the model no FF200e into Connects website and it comes up with a different de-frost heater to the ones Jonnyj describes bin no. 5045174348812

    Of the two that Johnyj describes only C00259476 comes up but doesn’t list it for the FF200
    😕 Confused dot com 😕
