    got a new grill energy reg for a H050EWH
    original was EGO wired:

    P1 linked S1 to live
    S2 neon
    P2 neon
    2 load
    terminal marked PILOT neutral and oven neon

    new switch is a diamond H (6204173) there is no conversion sheet with it
    I notice that therminals P2 & S1 are the same as are S2 & 4 nothing is marked PILOT there is an A4

    sorted this for future info:
    load 2
    live P1
    link wire P1 to S1
    neutral 4A
    pilot / neon S2

    heres the bit that might cause trouble. in order to sort this out I rang various people including hotpoint and was told “information is no longer included with spares on health and safety grounds as it encourages the untrained to fiddle”
    I thought this was a mith but yesterday I go a new interlock for an aqualtis included were two leads and no information sheet. ok I worked it out but hotpoint were always pretty good on info this mith might just be true

    anyone heard anything?
