    Customer phoned fault NENO coming up after the door has been shut
    me thinks possibly door interlock ?
    can’t see this fault code in known error codes does anyone have the codes for this model ?

    More likely she means MEMO is what the display reads. 😉

    It stores the current programme setting as a favourite programme. To cancel just turn the dial to the M setting with the Pencil icon alongside.

    Then tell her to read the instruction booklet.:rtm:
