New Bosch registrations ?

    Installed a new Bosch washer for a customer this morning.

    I could find no paperwork with any information regarding registering the machine for warranty purposes.

    There used to be loads of bumf with them. Now all that you get is a small manual and a booklet with a list of Bosch offices worldwide.

    I know that if she keeps her receipt she will be fine, just wondered why there are no registration contact details or information regarding the two year warranty?

    Hi Jim

    Just checked some stock here and yes they do include a two year registration card, so I guess you are missing one.

    I know this does not suit all customers but it can be registered on the Bosch website , or the customers nice installer may do it for them 😆

    I shouldn’t worry too much about the registration as its automatic anyway Jim.
    The registration is only a means for the insurance company to glean her details ready to offer insurance after the manufacturers has expired 😀
