    Hi
    Been to look at this washer, only 2 weeks out of guarantee. according to customer hotpoint won’t call out to it free. It makes quite a screeching noise on full spin, but not too loud (poss belt?) and quite a loud resonance noise, almost banging. Tried all the norm. No play on bearings etc. It all looks quite good, but then again only just over the year old and not used badly. It’s an induction motor so no brushes. Any one help it would be greatly appreciated, or shouldI refer her back to hotpoint?

    Model is AQXXF 149P

    You could refer her back but i would be suprised if they would come out for nowt.
    Weights come slack on these and the belt can cause some noise,pump also prone to a bit of chugging.
