i have just replaced the lower spray arm on this machine and had to stop it in mid program as the machine was leaking. On fitting the new arm the machine starts up and runs but the water is cold and the programme runs continously and will not finnish any suggestions would be appreciated

there is a thermostat reset button on these which is probably the cause. If you remove the right hand side panel you will see the red button on thermostat at bottom of dishwasher, I must emphasise make 100 percent sure that the dishwasher is unplugged/disconnected first.

Test meter time………. Check for continuity through the re-set thermostat; resistance should be virtually zero. Split component from circuit to avoid back-reading. Meter heater for resistance – 25-30 ohms is usually about right.

Broken wiring in the door at the pivot point was quite a regular problem with these.

Stay safe, power off if you are planning to do this yourself.
