    Going to this machine tomorrow customer has checked water container but the Empty water light is on continuously her husband used to be in the trade and says the float switch is operating ok with no signs of burning etc.
    If this is the case is the control module at fault ?

    heater thermostats tripped common fault check condensor unit is very clean
