    Hiya,

I am going to be putting in a new kitchen in the near future, but have just dropped on a VERY cheap integrated dishwasher, so of course i bought it. Now i’m wondering can an integrated dishwasher, stand, work and be ok freestanding untill i fit the new kitchen as i have the space and plumbing work for it already?

    Thanks in advance.

    hi sara 1880

it will work ok but please do watch out for the sharp edges and the door might be a little quick at closing on your fingers as the decor door is not fitted.
    do be carefull.

If i can get my hands on a cheap door for it, it should be safe enough to use then? Would that be the only problem i should watch out for?

Thanks for getting back to me so quick

If it was very, very cheap, it’s probably from the PRC and should be treated with the deference due an un-exploded bomb.

    What have you bought?

Be very careful when opening the door and pulling the bottom tray out when its fully loaded…..it may very well tip forward as they’re designed to be held in place in a cupboard. A lot of stand-alone machines have a weight on the top to counterbalance this
