    The woman phoned and said that when she bakes a Soda bread it cooked uneven. It was cooked at the bottom but at the top it was still “white”.
    Me thinking it must be the fan i went there and the dam thing was working fine. The fan had good power in it. The thermostat seem to operate perfectly. I ran it for 15-20 mins and all was ok.

    Any ideas? One theory is the fan could be losing power when on for so long but i wouldn’t bet on it…. 😕

    either that or she was literally putting it on the bottom of the oven and if it has a lower element this will happen as its like putting baking tin on a hotplate.
