Sorry if i am a bit vague with my explanation but i have had this relayed to me by my 84 year old mother lol

She put the machine on a rinse and spin cycle. Went to check if the machine had finished its cycle to find the drum rotating with water still in it with the lamps ‘mini load’ and ‘reduced creases’ flashing. One other lamp near the on/off bitton i think was flashing also.

Told her to select another programme to try and transfer the fault but to no avail. Swithced the machine off for ten minutes – powered up and just the lights flashing as mentioned.

    Any clues chaps?

It helps if you give us the left hand vertical lights by number from top down. 😉

The fact that it still has water in it suggests that it might be blocked or have a jammed or faulty pump.

Access to pump and sump hose filter is behind lower back panel.

Make sure you remove the mains plug if you intend to do your boy scout thingy. 🙂

    Jim.
