    Stuck at home re snow, had customer on phone with Samsung SWF-p10
    washing machine with OOB E4 error.

    Told her to redistribute contents or put more in, she has phoned back saying when putting on spin cycle the digital read out starts at 11mins goes to 10 then back to 11 with no drum movment.

    Does this machine have a reset procedure or can anyone point me in the right direction.

    NOT SEEN THIS MODEL..
    but its usally the module in samsung w/ms when this happens..
    pump havw also been prone to go fauly

    Thanks for that Ally, lady says machine drains ok so could be on right track with module.

    She also said her son had checked carbons and they are OK, living up in the glens here so it is not to easy to get about re the sna, but will make appointment to visit her.
