    customer sets it to pre heat and it just stops heating and cancells programme. intermittant. suprisingly didnt happen when i called!
    any ideas?

    Is the cooling fan working? if I remember right it is controlled by a stat and cuts in when the temp rises, again if I remember right @ 45degs.

    THANKS FOR THE REPLY. IT WORKED WHEN I WAS THERE BUT THEN AGAIN SO DID EVERYTHING ELSE! DOES SOUND A HIGHLY LIKELY CAUSE THOUGH
