    hi all,
we attended this Bosch washer, complaint no spin, fitted new brushes tested that it span & all seemed ok.
Next day customer rings back to say that it now goes through cycle fine but on spin speeds above 800 at the end when showing 1 minute remaining starts to ramp into spin again this cycle carries on & on customer timed 26 minutes before she switched off. but if she select a delicate programme or lowers the spin speed down to 800 it will stop at the minute..then timer clicks over to 0 & door can be opened.

any ideas, ive never seen a fault like this ever!!!

    cheers

Does sound like possibly you may need to strip and clean the motor of excessive carbon dust. (Hope you fitted genuine brushes?) Unless the insulation reading is greater than 50megohms to infinity it will sent the microprocessor into confusion. Also megger the heating element while you’re there. 😉
