    Hi gent
    have an ART514 stat to change but tried everything to remove housing look for lugs no screws pushed and pulled wont come off do not want brake it HELP PLEASE on how it comes off

    Hi Alro,
    Remove lamp cover and there is a screw, after you have taken that out slide the whole casing back towards you. Bit awkward but easy enough.

    thanks for imfo but you may be looking at wrong one

    This plastic lamp cover is the whole housing which does not allow me to gain access to the stat plus the control knob is plastic and has lugs on which i broke taking it off and the stat fits into a conector block still require HELP. DOES ANYBODY KNOW

    Hiya,
    The bulb cover is a seperate item and it comes off. Take the bulb out.
    If it’s not the version with a screw, peel back the reflective foil and you’ll find the plastic catch in there. Don’t break it, just lift it slightly and slide the unit toward you.

    squeeze light switch plunger top and bottom and pull towards you, plunger and spring will come away screw underneath remove and pull complet fitting towards you
