I have no idea if the FFB6200 fixes any of the problems with the FF200, but my advice would be not to risk it! I am stuck with an FF200 (my 2nd as the 1st was replaced after breaking after 3 weeks) This one has been plagued by problems, all of which Hotpoint take no responsibility for.
Having had 18 months of tortuous relations with Hotpoint customer services, I would advise you to simply find another brand, look around these boards and see what makes the engineers recommend. They are after all the people who know best 🙂
