looking for software ? for eng route planning.
weve started a system where office calls customers the night before and gives them am/pm call slot.
.. office staff manage to plan 80{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} in the right order but the other 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} can give the engineer a bit of a run around,

as we all know engineers can sort their run the best way, but their not in the office when routes are being planned

is their software/system avail to help office staff plan routes better.

    cheers ally

    Hi Ally

We use autoroute,We put all the postcodes into the map and thendivide them up into the different engineers so they dont follow each other around. you can then choose which way you want the route to be done which reduces the milage and wasted time.

Autoroute is on 1 – 2 discs, Your nearest Currys, Dixons or PC world will normally have it on the shelf. 8)
