Hi can you shad some light as to what could be the fault with my machine please. When you turn the big white knob to select say number that should be a 30 mins wash, the display says its a number 10 wash time i.e the programme is not always reconised by the machine. Only way to cure it is to turn the machine off then on again and it will now reconise the number you seleted (if that all makes sense)
