hi there, trying to help a friend out with said machine. the hose from the dispenser drawer to the drum has gone and i have a replacement but it looks like a real pig to change ! any tips? thanks

It is a real pig to change…….
Remove plug, control panel and metal support frame behind. Soap box can now be moved and its lid popped off. This will allow you to access the locking insert in the top of the hose. Hoik it out, push the soaphose off and put the drawer to one side. You should then just about have room to get a screwdriver to the clamp band on the tub end of the hose.
Re-assembly is the reverse procedure.
