All of the Bosch produced Hotpoint dishwashers have the original ENR number on them.
Usually in the same place as the Bosch, on top of the inner door. Not easy to see but if you can make it out then there would be a better chance of answering your question.

In a word…..NO! Bosch dishwasher modules have subtle differences….(sorry to disagree Jim)
I wanted a Hotpoint DWF33 module last December and it took me weeks to eventually get one……now he tells me he’s got 30 of the sodding things…? :rolls: Well I’ll go to the foot of our stairs. 😥

Have to agree with Martin. Little things like pressure chambers and wiring issues.
There not made by Bosch but parts sourced from Bosch and assembled in Wales. Least that’s what i’ve told customers for the last twenty years! 😯February 11, 2009 at 7:22 pm #277108iadom

Well then you have been telling Porkies, Pinky . 😉
Whilst the following may not be completely accurate and exact dates are now a little vague with the passing of time, 😉
Hotpoint introduced a dishwasher over 35 years ago. It was an appalling Italian model, all the wiring was black, sold for around £85 and the motor was almost £100. Rumour was that it was bought as a job lot with spares for ten years. They ran out in very short order.
Then GEC the parent company of BDA as Hotpoint/English Electric was known at the time bought out a French company called Lincoln. They produced a dishwasher with Hotpoints name on it. A very solid, mechanically robust machine, the only problem with it was a tendency for the plastic filters, vents and other mouldings inside the tub to melt.
Then for a few years Hotpoint left the dishwasher market alone until a few years later GEC had a tie up with Siemens and the Hotpoint 800 range of dishwashers was introduced. These were made in Germany and although nearly 30 years old now, can still be found plodding along.
The range was renumbered to the 7000 series during a facelift.
After this came the machines produced in Peterborough with parts sourced from all over the place.
Not a bad machine but not up to the Bosch standards. In between there have been Brandt and Fagor machines rebranded as Hotpoint, possibly others that I am unaware of then more recently back to the Bosch produced machines, possibly assembled in Peterborough under licence.
Sadly the Hotpoint dishwasher has now gone full circle and is once again a cheap & nasty Italian machine, unless it has the letter C after the model number, then its a Chinese ( Wuxi Little Swan) made piece of tat. 😥
There has also been the small Creda machine badged as Hotpoint as well.
Jim.
