visited this one, completely dead, no lights, not locking door. changed interlock to eliminate. no better. ordered new main board, fitted it today. select any wash programe…appropriate lights, door locks, machine fills, wash action. stops, drains, end light. selected spin, drain pump, motor action, great spin cycle, end light. do i need to press the option buttons in a sequence to get it out of what appears to be a default state?or is there an install reset? speedy reply if poss, customer has heaps of washing!!
    thanks

Had this problem and it turned out to be an earth leak on the heating element.

turbo, went to this one today to check the heater. all ok, no leak to earth, nothing showind on tester….so i ran a cycle and blow me, the thing worked perfectly. i left the customer to run some full wash programes and he says that the machine is running as it should… 😕 😮
