    Set machine on programme eg cottons 40 ,the machine fills and starts with 62 minutes on the display, counts down to 59 mins then reverts to 62 and repeats itself.Any clues before I dismantle customers kitchen.

    Knackered motor brushes the most likely, followed by open circuit heater. 😉
