Hotpoint EW74X tripping

    The cooker tripped the power while the main oven was on (only the oven). I disconnected the oven element – still trips. Disconnected the fan motor – still trips. Odd, as nothing else was switched on when the fault occurred. With everyhting off on the cooker, it trips as soon as you switch it on at the isolator. Are there any common faults with this model ? Any advice on what to check next?

    regardless of what was on at the time it tripped it will probably be one of the elements, a mega test is needed to find out the problem.
