ParticipantHi Neff integrated washing machine packed up and expecting delivery of an ISE10 WM and ISE10 condenser dryer this thursday..
Have I made the right choice ( getting cold feet!!), only from the point of view of my family size. I have a wife , 3 young kids with another on the way and my father lives with us aswell. So thats 6 of us before the new arrival!!!
Hopefully the machines will still stand up, as my wife was getting the cheque book at the Miele 3985 (this was one of the reasons she wanted a miele, she is registered with WHICH? magazine and read a report of the similar Maytag 60 series where they pointed out that the rinsing was poor- something she didnt want with our kids having eczema), before I found out about ISE appliances. I was looking at the larger machines with 10kg load eg some of the whirlpool but I dont have the width in between the units . Guess I’ll have to see how the ISE’s do.
Onto the 2nd question. My 3 year old has fairly bad eczema and my wife was looking into using Surcare powder (
Anyone have any thoughts on this.Cheers

The machine can be re-programmed to run five (5) rinses for these circumstances. Contact service@iseappliances.co.uk when you have had the machine installed for instructions.
Detergent article HERE is quite informative. You might like to consider the Simple range of detergents from Aquados. The best advice I’d give is to stop using fabric conditioner. It’s basically liquid grease with perfume in it. It gets washed in but not rinsed out and you really don’t want to know what chemical nasties make up the perfumes.
Mrs Mouse will love it. All my customers do!
