Have not been out yet, had a call from c/x saying that he has been defrosting this manually because the fan unit and drain hole keeps freezing up after a few weeks.
He has been on some sites and was told this f/f has a modified fan unit is this correct?

Yes there is a couple of updates on this appliance. Depending on it’s age I’d refer him back to Bsh. You really don’t wont to get involved in this!! 😉 Bsh usually will honer the warranty even if just outside the two years.

Bsh are allowed 40 minutes on the last 3-4 modi’s and there is now another one coming just stay the hell away they are a nightmare. :tdown:
